Thanks for that link to the food cravings list.Seems that if you are really healthy you don't have cravings.

Must say since starting low carb I haven't any cravings though I am taking a vitamin/mineral supplement and omega3 as I am still on phase 1.

Hey, welcome to the low carb club, I hope it works out for you. I personally think low carb is the way we are meant to eat. It been a long time since I've been off of low carb and normally I don't get cravings of any type at all. I do eat plenty of veggies and take supplements thought. I hope that you enjoyed your visit.
